- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 T. cider vinegar
- ¾ C. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 T. yellow mustard
- 2 T. sugar
- Chopped onion, if desired
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, adding chopped onion if desired. Drain.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, sugar, vinegar, and salt.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve on buns. (We always have to double this recipe.)
