- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 medium to large onions, diced
- 2 lbs. ground turkey (or beef)
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) chili beans
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) pork & beans
- 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
- 1 can kennel corn
- 1/4 cup chili powder, add more to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder, or to taste
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Cook onions for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until nicely browned. Crumble in turkey; cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Throw everything in a 6 quart slow cooker; stir. Cook for 4 hours on high or 7 hours on low.

Notes ~ If your intended audience like spicy, feel free to add jalapeno, more chili powder, or cayenne powder.
