- 1 large (29 oz.) can tomato
- 1 large (12 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 large (12 oz) can water
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 garlic cloves – crushed
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. ground Italian sausage (hot)
- Brown meat with onion, celery and garlic.
- Add other ingredients and cooks on low for 2 to 3 hours.
- I use a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hrs. – Enjoy!
