Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen chicken breasts in a 9×13 pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, salt, pepper, sour cream, mayo and garlic. Scoop the tomato mixture over chicken breasts so that it covers all chicken.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the entire thing and bake for 45-50 minutes until done and bubbly
Let it set for a minute or two to make it easier to serve. Enjoy with pasta or crusty bread.
Cook’s notes: Okay to add two more piece of chicken. Will serve six then.
