Mom’s Peach-Riesling Sangria

  • 750-ml bottle dry Riesling
  • 1 1/2 cups white cranberry-peach juice
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  • 2 1/2-inch-thick lemon slices
  • 2 1/2-inch-thick orange slices
  • 2 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 10 fresh raspberries
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in large pitcher.
  2. Scrape in seeds from vanilla bean; add bean and stir to blend.
  3. Mix in fruit.
  4. Cover and chill overnight. Mix in ice and serve.
