Seasoned Oven Fries

  • 3 large russet potatoes, scrubbed clean and cut into thick wedges
  • ½ cup olive oil

and

  • ½ c balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

or

  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or Mrs. Dashes Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl or bag, combine your choice of ingredients.
  3. Toss or shake the potato wedges with the mixture and spread them in one even layer on two baking dishes.
  4. Roast the potatoes, turning over once, until golden brown and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
