Grandma Carole’s Mayonnaise Potato Salad

  • 6 potatoes cooked peeled and cut up
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 reg. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Optional: olives, pimientos, bacon, green pepper, green onions, 2 T horseradish sauce
  1. Dice potatoes and chill. 
  2. Combine potatoes, mayonnaise, celery, eggs & seasonings.
  3. Sprinkle a little paprika on top and chill.
