Aunt Lori’s Escalloped Pineapple

  • 6 sliced torn bread
  • 2/3 C. butter, melted
  • 3/4 C. milk
  • 1-1/4 C. sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in own juice
  • 3 eggs, beaten 
  1. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish. 
  2. Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole.
  3. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
