- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/ 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and eggs.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
- Add flour mixture to the creamed butter mixture. Mix with spoon.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then roll into walnut-size balls.
- Dip (the top of the ball) in cinnamon sugar.
- Cook 8-10 minutes until edges are light brown and top looks crumbly.
