Grandma Yo’s Rice Pudding

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • ¾ c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can of Milot condensed milk
  • Whole milk
  • Cinnamon
  1. Beat eggs and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. 
  2. Add the rice, sugar, vanilla, and condensed milk.
  3. Mix and add fresh milk till ½ inch from the top.
  4. Stir and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until bubbling all the way across the top.
