- 3 eggs
- 1 cup minute rice
- ¾ c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can of Milot condensed milk
- Whole milk
- Cinnamon
- Beat eggs and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Add the rice, sugar, vanilla, and condensed milk.
- Mix and add fresh milk till ½ inch from the top.
- Stir and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until bubbling all the way across the top.
