The Rissmann’s Puppy Chow

• 9 cups Chex cereal
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups powdered sugar

1. Measure out cereal into a large bowl. 
2. In a 1 quart microwave bowl, stir together chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine. 
3. Microwave in 30 second intervals until the mixture can be stirred smooth.
4. Stir in vanilla.
5. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
6. Separate mixture into 2 gallon-sized storage bags.
7. Pour 1 cup of powdered sugar into each bag.
8. Seal bag and shake until well coated.
