Aunt Therese’s Sun Dried Tomato and Pesto Crescents

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (let soften)
  • 9 oz. jar of sun dried tomato spread (use 1/2)
  • 3-4 big teaspoons of prepared pesto (if desired)
  • 1 -2 Pillsbury crescents (1 roll = 24 appetizers) (mix will yield enough filling for 2 rolls)
  1. Mix together cream cheese, tomato spread, and pesto.
  2. Cut squares to fit into mini muffin pan. Put into 375 degree oven (without filling) till just turning gold (about 6 min).
  3. Top with spread. Return to oven until warm (about another 6 minutes).
