
- 1 1/4 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts tenders
- 1 pound of sliced bacon
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- Preheat oven 350.
- Cut chicken into cubes.
- Cut bacon into thirds and wrap around each cube chicken and secure with toothpick.
- Stir together brown sugar and chili. Dredge the bacon wrapped chicken in mixture and put on broiler pan (or cookie sheet with tin foil on it).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
