Kennedy and Dean’s Favorite Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps

  • 1 1/4 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts tenders
  • 1 pound of sliced bacon
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. Cut chicken into cubes.
  3. Cut bacon into thirds and wrap around each cube chicken and secure with toothpick.
  4. Stir together brown sugar and chili. Dredge the bacon wrapped chicken in mixture and put on broiler pan (or cookie sheet with tin foil on it).
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
