Janna’s Bruschetta

  • Jewel European French bread- have the bakery slice for bruschetta
  • Pre-sliced fresh mozzarella ball
  • Firm plum tomatoes sliced the long way
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Basil olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Baste bread with olive oil and toast till lightly toasted on outside and soft in the center- not too crisp.
  3. Layer toast with tomato, cheese, basil, and light drizzle of olive oil on top.
