
- Jewel European French bread- have the bakery slice for bruschetta
- Pre-sliced fresh mozzarella ball
- Firm plum tomatoes sliced the long way
- Fresh basil leaves
- Basil olive oil
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Baste bread with olive oil and toast till lightly toasted on outside and soft in the center- not too crisp.
- Layer toast with tomato, cheese, basil, and light drizzle of olive oil on top.
