Liz’s Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 Dozen Eggs
  • 1 Loaf of bread (White or Whole Wheat) White Tastes better
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 lb. of Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 lb. of Cheese cut in little cubes
  • 1 Medium Size Onion diced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. In a giant bowl….Mix the dozen eggs, milk, Wisk that up till it’s the color of a Post it.
  2. Cook the Sausage in a large skillet, then cook the onions with the oil from the sausage.
  3. Let it cool and add it to the Giant Bowl of Egg Mixture. Add salt and Pepper.
  4. Add the Bread Cubes and the Cheese and mix it well. Let it sit in the Fridge overnight.
  5. In the morning, heat the oven to 350 and cook for 1 hour.
